Sending Your Ashes

Step 1

Start by picking the memorial piece that best reflects your loved one. Next, decide if you would like to have a personalized engraving, and, if so, which type of engraving you like best. Then start the order process.

Step 2

Upon receiving your order, we will mail you our easy-to-use Ashes Collection Packet. Place one teaspoon of ashes into the jar provided. Then put the sealed jar of ashes into the “step two” bag along with your completed personal information. We have included very easy step-by-step directions.

Step 3

Place the bagged and sealed jar into the “step three” bag, again with your personal information. This is to protect the integrity of your loved one’s remains and to comply with USPS regulations. This will be very clear once you receive our package.

Step 4

Place double-bagged and labeled ashes into the provided bubble wrap, Seal, and insert into provided USPS mailer.

Step 5

Seal the mailer and return to us using the pre-paid label for USPS.

Step 6

Your loved one’s ashes will be carefully placed inside your chosen piece and permanently sealed using our patented process. You will receive your completed piece within 4-6 weeks. Feel free to contact us if you would like to expedite a creation for a special event and we will always do what we can to accommodate.
